Russian submarine "Novorossiysk"  surface near France off the Brittany coast. Russia Conducts "Secret" Space  Rocket Launch. Mystery Over Technical Capabilities of the Satellite. Russia launched a classified military satellite from its base facility in Arkhangelsk.  Russian news agency RT reported the launch of the satellite designated kosmos-2560.  It was launched from Plesetsk military cosmodrome on October 15th at 10:55 p.m. (7:55 GMT).
