Russia Conducts "Secret" Space  Rocket Launch. Mystery Over Technical Capabilities of the Satellite. Russia launched a classified military satellite from its base facility in Arkhangelsk.  Russian news agency RT reported the launch of the satellite designated kosmos-2560.  It was launched from Plesetsk military cosmodrome on October 15th at 10:55 p.m. (7:55 GMT). An Angara-1. 2 rocket has delivered a 'secretive' military purpose satellite into orbit. The spacecraft launched from a small carrier rocket as successfully reached orbit. A radio link with the mission control centre was established soon, says the Russian ministry of defence. The Russian defense ministry said the launch was carried out by a combat crews of space Force. A total of 17 Chinese fighter Jets flew across the median line of the Taiwan strait on Wednesday. The number was released by Taiwan defence ministry as China concluded it's military exercise. China launched the military exercise on Thursday in response to US house speaker Nancy Pelosi visit to Taiwan. Chinese military pledge to continue regular patrols near Taiwan which it claims to be it's own territory.  Last week drills included launches of ballistic missiles, some which flew over taipei.
